GRETCHEN BARRETTO 2ND THANKSGIVING – Famous actress Gretchen Barretto to hold another thanksgiving party for another victory of Nicko Falcis against Kris Aquino.
Just recently, Pasig City and Makati City’s Prosecutor’s Office dismissed the filed qualified theft complaints of the actress and entrepreneur Kris Aquino after she accused her former managing director Nicko Falcis of stealing of more than a million of amount from her production company KCAP.
Initially, the Makati Prosecutor’s Office junked the charges versus Falcis due to lack of probably cause and insufficient evidence. And last Tuesday, the charges was also dismissed in Pasig as the resolution has stated, “The credit card used by respondent (Falcis) was neither stolen, lost, expired, revoked, cancelled, suspended or obtained with intent to defraud.”
Aquino’s camp is set to file a motion for reconsideration after the Makati junked their filed cases to which one of the grounds they have considered is that “his defenses are only his own allegations, the truth of which should be proved during trial.”
And a second blow to Aquino was given which technically means another victory for the accused financial whiz. With this, the famous personality Gretchen Barretto, who has boldly expressed of taking the side of Falcis amid issues with Aquino, held a thanksgiving party and will hold another one for their second victory in Forbes.
