Gretchen Barretto, Dawn Zulueta Past “Feud” Recalled Due To Reunion

The past “feud” between Gretchen Barretto and Dawn Zulueta due to a recent reunion

Dawn Zulueta organized a reunion of GMA Supershow’s co-hosts last February 3 and since Gretchen Barretto was not there, their past “feud” was recalled.

The said variety show featuring the late German Moreno or Kuya Germs had accommodated many co-hosts over the years. Since they do not frequently see each other a reunion was organized.

Dawn was the one who organized the said recent reunion. There had been a question if Gretchen was invited to the event.

Previously, one of the co-hosts, Lani Mercado was asked about this but she said she did not know since it was Dawn who organized the get-together.

A recent report from PEP, stated that Jackielou Blanco and Mariz expressed their thoughts about this issue.

“It was Dawn [Zulueta] talaga na nag-initiate ng get-together, you know, and how nice of her naman…” Mariz shared.

She also stressed out that every female co-hosts received an invite. It just so happened that the schedule of some co-hosts did not match to the date of the reunion.

“Gretchen and Sharon [Cuneta] could not make it. Zsa Zsa [Padilla], OK sana, but she was abroad. Si Jean [Garcia], OK sana but she was in Korea,” Mariz added.

Jackielou echoed this statement. “She [Gretchen] said she could not make it. Baka raw sa susunod,” she said.

The actress added “We also asked Dawn, e. Kasi nga, di ko na maalala whatever they had. I didn’t even ask anymore. Kasi, feeling ko, we’re here naman. Pero sabi niya [Dawn], ‘Jac, I really don’t mind. It’s really OK with me.’”

In line with this, Jackielou concluded that Dawn Zulueta and Gretchen Barretto are really okay now.

It can be recalled that there had been an issue between Dawn and Greta back in 2006. A previous report from PEP stated that there conflict began when Dawn sided with Tonyboy Cojuangco’s mom against Greta.

Then another “feud” came when Dawn complaint about the prima donna attitude of Greta during a photoshoot.
