PBB OTSO – The adult housemate Wakim has this impressive response to question that made Toni Gonzaga and Kim Chiu’s jaws dropped.
The Pinoy Big Brother Otso finally had its Big 4 already comprising teens Kaori Oinuma, Karina Bautista, Lie Reposposa, and Jelay Pillones. And now, it is time for the adult housemates to enter the house.
The final 8 adult housemates have already been completed and one of whom among the official names included is Wakim of Iloilo who is a student from the Ateneo De Manila University.
He is from a family of lawyers the reason why he is so competitive in almost everything. His father is a bar topnotcher and her mother got the 21st place. He likes the pressure and he is always up for the challenge.
Joining the reality show, he was tagged as the “Ang Gifted Go-Getter ng Iloilo”. And upon entering the famous yellow house, one of the hosts Toni Gonzaga has asked him, “Here’s a very challenging question for you: what are the chances of you winning [PBB Otso]?”
And here is his very impressive response which includes on the spot mathematical computation that made numerous jaws drop:
This is just pure conjecture po pero we should differentiate probability and possibility. Assuming that there are 64 competitors where there can only be one winner, then that would leave you with 1.5625 possibility. But not all possibilities have the same weight. The probability can change based on external factors. The fact that I’m here makes me feel like a winner and the fact that I can bring forth my advocacy makes me feel like a winner already.
