We assure our customers that the products have gone through several quality control checks before it will be delivered. However, this one slipped past through the process.

A new Femme Lamp has already been shipped to your address which will arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Rest assured that the new product sent to you has already went under quality measure. A box also got included in the package which you can use to return the defective product once you receive the new one.
