In an Instagram post, actress Ellen Adarna shared how grateful she is to John Lloyd Cruz and Isabel Santos for the unplanned but much-needed vacation.
In the previous days, Ellen Adarna gave her followers a glimpse of her fun-filled beach getaway with her kids, Elias and Lili, alongside ex-partner John Lloyd Cruz and his girlfriend, artist Isabel Santos.
In a series of Instagram Stories, Ellen shared snaps from their vacation at Amanpulo, a luxury private island resort in Palawan. The kids, especially Elias and Lili, were seen enjoying the beautiful white sand beach while experiencing the island’s wildlife, including Komodo dragons and sea creatures such as green sea turtles (pawikans) and pompano fish.
As much as we all know, the co-parenting relationship between Ellen and John Lloyd is often seen as one of the more positive examples of co-parenting among celebrity ex-couples in the Philippines. Separation does not have to lead to disconnection when two people share a love for their child that is greater than anything else.
“The vacation we all needed. Cleansed by the sea and blood moon and far away from all the noise of the world,” Ellen shared on Instagram, as she thanked the actor and the artist for their invitation to take them to that paradise.
It seemed everything had aligned for them because even at short notice, Ellen and her kids were able to accept the invitation. She then expressed her hope to have and create more memories like this with them.
Ellen has always spoken positively about John Lloyd as a father. She also previously admitted that she was grateful for him during a vulnerable time in her life, particularly when she and her husband, Derek Ramsay, separated.
