Herlene Budol Shows Attire She Should Have Worn for National Costume Portion of Miss Planet International 2022
HERLENE BUDOL – Kapuso star Herlene Budol showed the attire should have been worn for the National Costume portion of Miss Planet International 2022.
Kapuso actress, tv host, and vlogger Herlene Nicole “Hipon Girl” Budol was supposed to compete in Miss Planet International in Uganda as a representative of the Philippines, however, the event had to be postponed due to unforeseen issues.
The delegates’ team reportedly had to make their own hotel reservations in Uganda and was not given meals or lodging throughout the trip. Herlene and her team decided to withdraw from the competition a few days after she arrived due to “uncertainties by organizers.”
In a vlog posted by Herlene Budol’s talent manager Wilbert Tolentino, the beauty queen could be seen sobbing as she begged the pageant’s directors to let her and other candidates go home. The 23-year-old celebrity admitted during an interview with Nelson Canlas that she had been chased by armed police before leaving Uganda.
Herlene recently disclosed that she had alopecia during her Bb. Pilipinas stint. After the death of her grandmother and throughout her Miss Planet International journey, she claimed that it got worse.
