MMFF 2022 FAMILY MATTERS – The official Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Family Matters” goes viral and here’s the trailer.

The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has already released the complete list of official entries for this year’s film festival. This year is also the first time in two years for moviegoers to finally watch it in theaters as pandemic restrictions have started to loosen up already.

The MMFF 2022 movies are:

  • “Labyu with an Accent” starring Coco Martin and Jodi Sta. Maria, ABS-CBN Film Productions
  • “Nanahimik ang Gabi” starring Ian Veneracion and Heaven Peralejo, Rein Entertainment Productions
  • “Partners in Crime” starring Vice Ganda and Ivana Alawi, ABS-CBN Film Productions
  • “My Teacher” starring Toni Gonzaga and Joey De Leon, TEN17P
  • “Deleter” starring Nadine Lustre, Viva Communications Inc.
  • “Family Matters” starring Noel Trinidad and Liza Lorena, Cineko Productions Inc.
  • Mamasapano: Now It Can Be Told” starring Edu Manzano, Aljur Abrenica and JC De Vera, Borracho Film Production
  • “My Father, Myself” starring Jake Cuenca and Dimples Romana, 3:16 Media Network

And recently, the trailer for the film “Family Matters” has been released and it immediately broke thousands of hearts.

The film depicts real family situations. As seen in the trailer, it speaks so much about the reality of growing old and the rising of issues, conflicts, and misunderstandings between a family.

Each character encompasses relatable stories that will surely teach viewers moral lessons and family values.

Since family is a matter that anyone could relate to, the trailer alone has already moved a lot of people and made some cry. The trailer alone has already made an impact. Based on a report from PEP, after it has been uploaded to various social media platforms, it has already been viewed for over 5 million times.

Noel Trinidad, Liza Lorena, Nonie Buencamino, Mylene Dizon, Agot Isidro, JC Santos, James Blanco, and Nikki Valdez make up the cast ensemble and the director is Nuel Crisostomo Naval.

The song “Kahit Maputi na Ang Buhok Ko” in the background also gives off a very emotional and nostalgic feeling.
