Statement of Malacañang on Remarks of Anjo Yllana vs. PBBM
MALACAÑANG – The Palace reacted to the call of Anjo Yllana for President Bongbong Marcos to undergo a drug test.
Actor and former Parañaque Vice Mayor Anjo Yllana recently threw tirades against Pres. Bongbong Marcos. According to him, the President allegedly usually has a deformed facial expression which the public supposedly knows why.
Yllana challenged Marcos Jr. to undergo a drug test. He claimed that the public is allegedly convinced that the President is using drugs. He called for the Chief Executive to undergo a hair follicle drug test.
The remarks of Anjo Yllana came against Pres. Bongbong Marcos came after he issued a challenged against Senate Pres. Tito Sotto. Recently, Malacañang reacted to the statement of the actor and former Parañaque Vice Mayor for the Chief Executive.
Based on a post of DZRH News on social media, Malacañang press officer undersecretary Claire Castro asked Anjo Yllana who is he to demand such from Pres. Bongbong Marcos. According to her, the President will not pay attention to him.
“Who are you? Sino ka to demand for that? Hindi ka papansinin ng pangulo, kasi sino ka ba?” the Malacañang official said based on the post.
Previously, Anjo Yllana challenged Senate Pres. Tito Sotto to prove that he really gives his salaries for the scholars of his office. Then, he was still running for a Senate comeback, Sotto promised that he will hive his salary for the scholars. His office previously showed a cheque amounting to P471k which is allegedly the salary of the Senator for two (2) months which he will give for the scholars of his office.
Senate Pres. Tito Sotto reacted to the claims and accusations of Anjo Yllana against him.
