Police Officers in Talamban Cebu Allegedly ‘Harassed’ Civilian Without Warrant
TALAMBAN POLICE OFFICERS – Police officers in Talamban, Cebu City allegedly ‘harassed’ civilian without a warrant.
The job of the police officer is to keep the peace and order of a community. They are enforced by the law to arrest violators.
Headquarters of the Philippine National Police is located in Camp Crame, Quezon City. Currently, the country has 170,000 PNP.
President Rodrigo Duterte appointed Police General Oscar Albayalde as the PNP chief after senatorial bet Bato dela Rosa resigned from his post.
Most of the PNP today are busy with preparing for the upcoming 2019 midterm election.
Meanwhile, a Facebook user named Winmae Micarcos shared a CCTV video of several police officers in Talamban, Cebu City.
The netizen was hoping that the program of the prominent broadcaster Raffy Tulfo will respond to the incident.
Micarcos stated that the police officers allegedly harassed her cousin as they get inside the house.
The netizen claimed that her cousin has done nothing wrong. It was quite a disturbing video for they brought powerful weapons inside the vicinity.
She said the police officers who allegedly attacked her cousin has no warrant of arrest and found no ‘illegal substance’ in his possession.
On the latter part of her caption, she said people were terrified after what they did in talamban.
