PNP Vacancies To Be Filled As Napolcom Set To Hire Most Qualified Police Officers
NAPOLCOM – The National Police Commission (Napolcom) is set to hire the most qualified police officers for the vacancies in the Philippine National Police (PNP).

However, like the graduates of other courses, not everyone would be right away absorbed in their chosen field. Competing for the vacant position in terms of qualification is inevitable.
Meanwhile, the good news is that there are lots of vacancies in the PNP now. The Napolcom is set to hire to fill the line and technical vacancies with the most qualified police officers.
Based on a recent news report on Manila Bulletin, the Napolcom has issued a directive with regards to hiring the most qualified police officers for the line and technical vacancies in the PNP.
Rogelio T. Casurao, the Vice-Chairman and Executive Officer (CEO) of the commission, expressed that the memo issued seeks to hire the most qualified police officers with the rank of either Police Senior Inspector or Police Inspector.
Based on the report, they will be hiring police officers who perform purely police functions for line service officers. The said functions include:
- Law Enforcement
- Internal Security Operations
- Crime Prevention and Investigation
- Related Administrative Work
Furthermore, Napolcom will be hiring the most qualified police officers with a rank of at least Police Officer III (PO3) for line service officers vacancy. He or she must also be a passer of two recent Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
With regards to the technical service officers vacancy, it is open for individuals who were commissioned to PNP by lateral entry.
Based on the report, the vacancy is also open for PNP officers with a rank of Police Officer 1 (PO1). He or she must have passed two recent PFTs, meet the qualifications on WCE, and has not less than three (3) years of police service.
