Jesus Falcis reacts after Kris Aquino filed 44 counts of theft against Nicardo M. Falcis II.

KRIS AQUINO – The lawyer and someone related to Nicardo Falcis II, Jesus Falcis reacts and expresses something after Kris Aquino finally filed 44 counts of theft.

Monetary issues with regards to businesses of Kris Aquino have taken a great toll on her health where she even flew to Singapore to seek further medical attention. It was then found out that she had an autoimmune disease Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria.

Breaking her silence about the matter, she filed 44 counts of qualified theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or Republic Act 8484 at the Department of Justice against Nicardo M. Falcis II. He managed her Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP) and Nacho Bimby.

Previously, there were rumors that the one who betrayed her is the whom she trusted the most the reason why she got deeply affected and devastated. Accordingly, it was her business manager Nicko Falcis.

On her complaint, she found out that he used the KCAP card for over ₱1.27 million worth of personal expenses. Some of the purchases made are 95 cups of coffee and cosmetic products from Mac worth ₱99,200.

However, Falcis left the country. And Jesus Falcis, someone related to the accused, reacted and expressed that he is never afraid of her. He even warned the media mogul that she should be careful.
