Alden Richards continues his charitable endeavors
Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards revealed his next “mission” after his five college scholars graduated.
Alden has come a long way since he started his career in the entertainment industry. Just like many celebrities, he also had humble beginnings, trying his luck from different auditions.
He even joined the Kapuso talent search StarStruck, but he was not able to reach the finals. Eventually, he was given a chance to do some supporting roles, and with his talent and values, his home network has given opportunities that boosted his career in showbiz.

Now, he is one of the most in-demand actors of his generation. Over the years, the actor has also ventured into buisnesses outside the entertainment indsustry. Alden Richards also established his own production company.
While he is enjoying his successful career and a more comfortable life with his loved ones, Alden is also giving back to the community. Even before he established his AR Foundatioin, he was already supporting several students.
Based on the article in PEP, Alden’s scholars in college are already graduating. However, Alden’s mission to give back did not stop there.
He is launching the Hero for All, Honoring Stories of the Everyday Filipino. This is a nationwide search with aim to honor Filipinos who are making better changes in their community.
“I am just so proud to be part of this movement because we’re gonna be able to highlight different individuals who are very much instrumental in doing social change within their communities. Marami kasing tao ang gumagawa ng kabutihan. Inilalagay nila yung needs of others prior to theirs in the community without being recognized,” the Kapuso actor shared.

In the long run, he hoped that this initiative will encourage more people to do acts of kindness to others and contribute ot society.
Alden also stressed that being hero does not depend on one’s life status, as long as the intention to do good with other people is present.
“I think that’s what really matters and that’s what this campaign is all about, to recognize these individuals and to inspire more people to do the same,” ang paliwanag ni Alden na naniniwalang napapanahon ang pagbibigay-pugay sa mga Pilipinong karapt-dapat na tawagin na mga bagong bayani,” he stressed.
Alden Richards also pointed out that it does not necessaroily mean that the action is grandeur. For him, even if the change was just done in a small scale, it still deserves to be recognize.
“Sobrang timely at inspiring din ng theme ng program na ito for us because life sometimes has a way of learning your vision with all the noise that’s happening around us,” he added.
