Jillian had a smooth transition from being a child star to being one of the most sought-after leading ladies of her generation in the Philippine entertainment industry. The young actress continues to showcase her acting caliber.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Jillian was asked about her experiences in 2025. She said that this year is very transformative for her.
The young actress faced several controversies this year, including the speculations that she has a “sugar daddy” and that it was businessman-politician Chavit Singson. Jillian Ward debunked this speculation against her.
Before this, Singson had already stressed in an interview that he had no romantic connection to the Kapuso actress and that it was all rumors.
This year, Jillian’s Prima Donna co-star Sofia Pablo also revealed the conflict that happened between them. Jillian chose not to speak about this issue.
Kapuso Star of the New Gen said that she used these experiences to learn important lessons in life.
“Sobrang dami ko pong natutunan. Marami akong kinailangang ma-overcome, but I feel like I needed that para talaga maging better person ako–better person, better artist,” the actress said.
Jillian added that she just focused on her self-improvement. One of her goals in 2026 is to be a better live performer. Aside from acting, Jillian also sings and dances.
“Nagiging consistent na po ako sa pagda-dance class ko. Nagjo-jog din ako para maging mas stable ‘yung boses ko ‘pag kumakanta habang sumasayaw. Nag-start na ‘kong mag-singing classes,” she shared.
Meanwhile, Jillian Ward is set to appear on the upcoming action-drama series Never Say Die.
