Ramon Tulfo Defends Brother Raffy Tulfo Over Indecent Proposal Issue
Radio broadcaster Ramon Tulfo defended his brother, Senator Raffy Tulfo, amid rumors that he allegedly made an indecent proposal to a personality.
Ramon Tulfo defended his brother Raffy on Facebook regarding the issue of allegedly offering an indecent proposal to an actress. The post quickly went viral and drew various reactions online.
Ramon addressed the issue through a social media post that immediately gained attention. In his message, he expressed disbelief over the accusation being linked to his brother.
Mon stressed that Raffy is well known within their family as someone who deeply respects his wife, Jocelyn, and is mindful of his actions as both a public servant and a family man.
The older Tulfo also pointed out that even before entering politics, Raffy and his wife were already financially stable. According to Ramon, their wealth did not come from public funds but from years of hard work, which is reflected in their declared assets.
He added that his brother has long been known for his generosity, especially through his public service programs where he often provides financial help to people in need using his own money.
Ramon further explained that Raffy’s habit of helping others has always been genuine and consistent, whether on television, radio, or in private situations. For him, this reputation does not match the image being painted by the rumors now circulating online.
Despite Ramon’s strong defense, Senator Raffy Tulfo has not released any official statement regarding the issue.

“Natatawa ako sa balitang kumakalat na isang senador ay nag-offer ng indecent proposal sa isang artista (kuno) ng 250k para bembangin ito.
May mga haka-haka na ang kapatid kong si Raffy ang tinutukoy.

Bago pa man naging senador si Raffy at congresswoman si Jocelyn ay mayaman na silang mag-asawa.
