A lady netizen expressed her heartfelt gratitude after a new client showed an unexpected kindness during a tough time.
Recently, Joana Maica Y. Mesina, a Facebook user, posted about her experience with her new client and the kindness she received. The post quickly went viral and gathered many reactions online.
Mesina explained that her contract suddenly ended on November 19, 2025. Although surprised, she immediately applied for work again and sent out two applications the same day. By the next morning, she received an interview invitation, which she quickly accepted. Her interview was set for November 26.
On the day of the interview, she almost thought it wouldn’t push through because she hadn’t received any meeting link. But right at 8 a.m., the client emailed her, asking where she was.
Joana joined the meeting without preparation, feeling self-conscious about looking messy. To her surprise, the interview felt more like a simple conversation. She introduced herself, shared her work experience, and talked a little about her life.
After a few moments, the client told her she was hired and would start in the second week of December.

The client gently asked how she planned to manage her expenses until her first workday. Joana said her husband provided for their needs and that she would just budget carefully. She never expected the client to offer financial help.
The client asked for her Wise account and sent $20 first to confirm it would go through. After Joana received it, another $150 followed. Joana became emotional, amazed that someone she had just met for less than half an hour would be so generous.
Before ending their call, the client assured her that this amount would not be deducted from her future salary and even encouraged her to take vitamins so she could start work healthy. She also offered Joana a slightly higher hourly rate than what she initially asked for.
Joana ended her post full of gratitude, saying she felt blessed to have met someone so kind during a time she needed it most.
