PAGASA Says Easterlies to Affect PH Weather Condition
PAGASA LATEST UPDATE – The state weather update reported that the easterlies will bring rains over parts of the country.
On Tuesday (September 30, 2025), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies will affect the country’s weather conditions.
PAGASA weather specialist Obet Badrina reported that the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Bicol Region, Bulacan, Rizal, and Quezon.

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.

A cloud cluster is being monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR). It will not directly affect the country’s weather. “We are monitoring it to see if it could possibly become a low-pressure area (LPA) in the next few days,” Badrina said.
No tropical cyclones or low-pressure areas are being monitored inside or outside of the country’s vicinity.
The weather agency advised the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The coastal water conditions across the country will be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA.
