The Philippines’ Queen of All Media, Kris Aquino, just posted another update about her ongoing treatment for her multiple autoimmune diseases.
Kris Aquino is now facing a total of 11 autoimmune disorders. The 10th one was a result of her 9th disorder, while the 11th condition was caused by lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren’s, and a few of her other autoimmune diseases.
In the previous update, Kris shared that she would undergo isolation for six months for a new treatment. She would need to be isolated, as one of the major effects of the treatment is losing her immunity.
She revealed that, as her treatment progressed, concerning blood test results led her to undergo additional tests and consult three different specialists. Earlier this week, doctors discovered an unusual finding in her blood panel.
Kris was told that time is essential in her case, as they could never afford a delay in any of her treatments. A delay would mean endangering her life further. Despite the recent results, her trust in her Filipino doctors remains intact as they go through all the options available for her treatment plan.
She was given more options after the recent findings, and it included one that non-invasive.
“I had the non-invasive option explained to me—but I chose to literally trust Filipino doctors with my life rather than take medicine that I am unsure of especially because I just finished a big dose of a strong immunosuppressant and I am continuing with 2 immunosuppressants and so much more supplements, antihistamines, and important vitamins.”
She asked her supporters to continue praying for her recovery and not to give up on her. She also asked for prayers for her doctors and the people helping them with her condition.
