Frustrated Female Rider Slams Fellow Motorist Over Careless Parking in Bacolod
A female rider could not hide her anger after finding her motorcycle scratched because of another motorist’s careless way of parking.
Recently, Angelyn Salve, a Facebook user, shared a photo of her motorcycle parked properly in a designated area. The post immediately spread like wildfire on social media and elicited comments online.
In the photo, Salve parked her motorcycle at the parking area. Right beside it, another motorcycle was squeezed in so tightly that it caused a noticeable scratch on her motorbike’s muffler.
The other driver seemed to have parked without any consideration for space or the safety of nearby vehicles.
Her post resonated with many fellow riders who know the struggle of dealing with inconsiderate parking. Some pointed out that careless parking does not only damage property but also shows a lack of respect for others who share the same space.
Salve also mentioned that security guards in the area did not seem to take notice of the improper parking. For her, it was upsetting to know that such carelessness could happen in a place where guards are supposed to monitor order.
The online community shared their own similar experiences. Many sympathized with her, saying that scratches and dents on motorcycles or cars often come from inconsiderate drivers who fail to park properly.
Others called for stricter enforcement of parking rules, especially in public areas where motorcycles and cars are parked close to one another.
While the scratch may seem minor to some, for Salve, their motorcycles are valuable investments and daily companions on the road. She wants respect on shared spaces and park responsibly to avoid unnecessary damage and conflict.
