Cherry White Apologizes for Viral Video Showing Her Driving w/ Legs Raised on Dashboard

CHERRY WHITE – The popular female motovlogger has apologized for her viral video and plans to take action against the reuploader.

Previously, the social media influencer went viral online and garnered various reactions from the netizens after a video showed her driving with her legs raised on the dashboard.

However, Cherry explained that the video was actually taken three months ago during an emotional moment.

According to her, someone else re-uploaded the old video, which caught the attention of the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Because of the unsafe behavior shown in the video, the LTO decided to suspend her driver’s license for 90 days.

The agency also summoned her to appear at their office to explain her side of the story. Cherry admitted that she was shocked when the video resurfaced and blamed the person who reposted it without her permission.

On her Facebook page, she shared news reports about the incident, jokingly saying she didn’t expect to become this popular for something she didn’t mean to trend.

Now that she temporarily lost her license, Cherry said she might just ride a motorcycle or an e-bike instead. She posted an apology on Facebook, saying she got carried away and didn’t expect things to go this far.

Sorry na. mag eebike na  lang ako nadali ako labas kasi bulbull ko e, inaabangan nako ng motor ko sa Pinas sabay is-sususpinde. Kamote kasi,” she said.

In addition to complying with the LTO’s summons, Cherry said she plans to go to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to report the individual who re-uploaded the video. She accused the person of earning money using her face and content without asking for her permission.
