Last year, his love life started blooming. He admitted that he started courting social media personality Donnalyn Bartolome. From that, they were seen more often, and they would share posts about each other. Donnalyn even had a heartfelt birthday tribute to JM last year.

JM was crying with the song Oceans by Hillsong as his background music. In the caption of his post, the actor did not reveal the reason for his tears, but he just wrote a portion of the song’s lyrics.
