JM de Guzman expressed his feelings for Donnalyn Bartolome
Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman talked about his “pangliligaw” to celebrity-vlogger Donnalyn Bartolome.
Last April, in a social media post, the actor admitted that he has a crush on the vlogger. He shared a close-up photo of Donnalyn with the caption “Crush”. This received a positive response from the vlogger’s close friends Zeinab Harake and Jelai Andres.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, JM was asked about the status of his relationship with Donnalyn.
The actor shared that they are still in the courting stage. “Okay naman. Nanliligaw pa rin. Siyempre, kapag may gusto kailangang ipaglaban,” JM de Guzman said. He has been courting Donnalyn Bartolome for several months now.
He also shared that his boredom disappears every time he sees Donnalyn. Then, the actor showcased the good traits that the vlogger has that he really loves. “She’s a very caring person, very sincere. Di ko alam, e, nai-inspire ako sa kanya,” he said.
The actor was also asked how he would show support for Donnalyn when she went through controversies due to her vlogs and posts. He said that the vlogger is not affected by the negative reactions anymore and he is proud of her because of this.
“She learns from kung anuman ang ilatag sa kanya, ibangga sa kanya. Hindi rin ako masyadong nag-o-open up ng mga ganung bagay kasi sa kanya yun, pero nandu’n ako to lend an ear,” JM shared.
Meanwhile, JM de Guzman is happy to have another new series. After The Iron Heart, he is set to star in Linlang with Maricel Soriano, Kim Chiu, and Paulo Avelino. The actor said that his character in the series is a bit dark and shady.
He shared that he enjoyed this acting stint because he could let out his creativity because he had more freedom and the boundaries were wider.
