Boy Dila Released After Posting Bail and Joined Wattah Wattah 2025
BOY DILA – Lexter Castro managed to join in this year’s Wattah Wattah Festival in San Juan City after posting bail for a case he is currently facing.
Castro gained online fame in 2024 after a viral video showed him spraying water on a motorcycle rider during the Wattah Wattah celebration, a yearly event in San Juan where people splash water as part of the festivities. The incident brought him both attention and criticism.
In June 2025, many thought he would miss the festival after being charged for allegedly catcalling a minor.

The Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313) punishes all forms of gender-based sexual harassment in streets, public spaces, workplaces, schools, and online. It covers acts like catcalling, unwanted sexual remarks, gestures, stalking, and other lewd behaviors.
However, Castro surprised netizens when he appeared on the popular show Pinoy Pawnstars, hosted by Jayson Luzadas, just days before the event.
During the episode, Castro sold the same water gun he used in the viral incident to Boss Toyo for P8,500. The deal caught attention, especially after Castro shared that he needed money to post bail and gain temporary freedom.
Boss Toyo, who is known for collecting viral memorabilia, said he planned to include the water gun in a future museum.
Castro’s appearance on the show and his confirmed participation in the festival earned reactions online. While some found his return entertaining, others pointed out the seriousness of the case he is facing.
Due to last year’s events, the San Juan City government introduced new rules for the 2025 Wattah Wattah Festival to ensure better crowd control and public safety. As the festival continues, many are watching how authorities and the public respond to Castro’s presence.
