PAGASA weather specialist Daniel James Villamil reported that an Intertropical Convergence Zone will bring scattered rains over Mindanao, Negros Oriental, Siquijor, and Palawan.

“In our satellite image, we can see the long series of clouds that continue to exist in parts of Mindanao and Palawan and the continued existence of the ITCZ,” Villamil said.
The easterlies will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern Samar, Leyte, and Southern Leyte.
It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, the coastal water condition across the country will be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA.
