Cebu Vlogger Criticized After Performing ‘Snail Man’ Stunt & Disrupting Traffic
A Cebu vlogger is now in trouble after performing a ‘snail man stunt’ that disrupted traffic in the town of Consolacion.
Recently, the vlogger popularly known as Boss LB dressed in a green costume and crawled in the middle of the highway, mimicking a snail. The video circulated online and elicited comments from internet users.
The Highway Patrol Group-Central Visayas (HPG-7) has recommended filing charges against him for causing inconvenience to motorists. Authorities have also instructed their legal team to determine the specific traffic and legal violations he committed.

Despite issuing a public apology, the so-called “snail man” continues to face potential legal consequences. In his viral video, he can be seen slowly crawling on the road while vehicles wait for him to clear the way. Some motorists were visibly annoyed by the delay.
In response to criticism, the vlogger explained that he had timed his stunt during a red light and assured people that traffic would resume normally once the signal turned green. However, many netizens were not convinced, arguing that his actions were irresponsible and unsafe.
“Ge tayming rasad nako og traffic kay padong nasad GO nga naa sa loyo nga mga motor nga eskina nga naa sa video sa loyo salamat og pasensya effects rana,” he explained.

Authorities continue to remind content creators to be mindful of their actions and to avoid stunts that could lead to accidents or legal issues. While creativity is encouraged, it should never come at the expense of public safety.
