Reckless Driver Involved in Accident After Nearly Causing Crashes

Recently, Facebook page “103.1 Brigada News FM – Palawan” shared a post from a motorist who shared a frightening experience with a reckless driver. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
The incident took place in January 2025 in Puerto Princesa, where the rider narrowly avoided two accidents caused by the aggressive driving of a white Nissan Terra.
According to the rider, identified only as Anna, the Nissan Terra driver was dangerously overtaking and cutting off vehicles, nearly causing her to crash twice within the same timeframe, around 7:00 to 7:30 AM.
Anna described how she had to swerve toward a fence to avoid a collision during one of the incidents. Despite the wide road, the driver’s reckless behavior left her with little room to maneuver safely.
The same vehicle, identified by its license plate, was reported involved in an accident just a day after Anna’s post. The Nissan Terra fell into a deep area in Banga, Brgy. Sta. Lourdes, and crashed into a PALECO electric post.
She urged drivers to be more mindful, reminding them that reckless behavior doesn’t just put their own lives at risk but can also harm others who have families waiting for them at home.
The online community commented that the reckless driver seemed to have faced the consequences of their reckless driving.
