The local officials reported that the incident happened when the boyfriend went to visit his girlfriend at her boarding house in the barangay. Upon arriving, he reportedly found her with another male individual inside a room.
Residents in the area noticed the man crying and lying on the road. His actions caught the attention of passersby and local officials who became concerned about his condition and well-being.
Barangay Kagawad Jhong-Jhong Labto said he encountered the man while he was on the street and immediately approached him. The official, along with other concerned individuals, tried to calm him down and help him regain control of his emotions.
