List of GSIS Members Qualified for GSIS Emergency Loan this October 2024
GSIS EMERGENCY LOAN – Here are the areas whose GSIS member residents may apply for the Calamity Loan this October 2024.
In the Philippines, one of the government entities that offer calamity loans is the Government Service Insurance System or more popularly called GSIS. It is also one of the state entities with the biggest member populace.
Millions of Filipinos are members of the Government Service Insurance System. A GSIS membership is mandated among the government employees thus, the member populace of the state entity is composed of former and current workers of the government and the public offices.
To maintain an active account to the GSIS, a member must regularly post monthly contribution. In most cases, the monthly savings is automatically deducted from the payroll and submitted by the employer. An update account is the way for eligibility to the GSIS loans.
One of the loan offers of the Government Service Insurance System is the GSIS Emergency Loan, it is the calamity loan offer of the state entity. It is open for bona fide residents or employees of the government office within the declared calamity area who are in active service and not on leave of absence without pay and have no arrearages in the payment of mandatory social insurance contributions and no loan that has been declared in default.
