Raymond Bagatsing Reveals He’s A Victim Of People Who Pose As Directors
RAYMOND BAGATSING – Veteran actor Raymond Bagasing disclosed on social media that he was victimized by individuals posing as directors.
Raymond Bagatsing issued a warning to the public about certain people posing as Jun Lana and Lauren Dyogi, two directors, and requesting actors to do a “s*xy scene” audition.
Bagatsing shared details of his interactions with these individuals on his Instagram page on Wednesday, Aug. 7, explaining that he initially participated in the audition out of respect for the two well-known directors.
According to screenshots posted by the actor, one of the imposters posed as Dyogi and informed Bagatsing about a supposed project. This individual then directed him to another person pretending to be Lana, who conducted the alleged audition.
Bagatsing recounted that he did a quick audition, removing his shirt as requested, and improvised a scene where he pretended to be on a s*xy anniversary video call with his wife in Tokyo. He was also told that actresses Ivana Alawi and Lovi Poe were cast as the leading ladies in the project.
However, when the fake Jun Lana asked Bagatsing to make the scene more explicit by touching himself, he refused, put his shirt back on, and said, “Sorry Direk Jun, this project is not for me.” The individual then abruptly ended the Telegram call and sent a message through the app.
The imposter accused Bagatsing of being “unprofessional” and threatened to make the incident public unless the actor paid for the alleged damages.
Bagatsing emphasized that he had trusted two respected professionals in the Philippine showbiz industry and had nothing to be ashamed of, stating that his audition was conducted professionally.
He called the individuals “extortionists and blackmailers” and urged the Philippine showbiz community to stand united and be cautious of such malicious schemes.
