Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards shared his thoughts on cheating that happens in a relationship.
Alden has opened up about the women who were linked to him in past interviews. He clarified what happened between him and his rumored romance with actress Winwyn Marquez.
The actor also mentioned in the past that he and Asia’s Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose almost became a couple but they had their falling out because he prioritized his career.
In a recent guesting on Fast Talk, the showbiz talk show of King of Talk Boy Abunda, Alden Richards admitted that he fell in love with his former loveteam partner Phenomenal Star Maine Mendoza.
Over the course of his career in the entertainment industry and behind these admissions that he had regarding the “special” women in his life, there were no reports about a woman who became his girlfriend.
Just recently, based on the article in Bandera, Alden with her Five Breakups and a Romance leading lady Julia Montes, guested on Magandang Buhay. One topic they discussed was cheating and giving second chances in a relationship.
Julia said she is willing to give a second chance to her partner if he makes a mistake, including cheating. She pointed out that if her partner stumbled, most likely, she would be the one who helped her to get up and not another person or woman.
In line with this, Alden said, “Ako naman may point of view naman diyan, when you get into a relationship, alam mo kung ano ang papasukin mo, alam mo ang commitment mo sa partner mo and both of you should know.”
The actor admitted that it was his first time hearing those kinds of words from Julia but he said that she had a point.
“Pero tama eh, na ‘yun nga kapag nadapa ba ‘yung partner mo hahayaan mo ba na iba pa ang magtayo? Ganu’n kasi kapag nasa isang relationship ka o any commitment in your life, mas maganda na ginawa mo na lang lahat ng kaya mong gawin,” he pointed out.
Alden Richards stressed that if this did not work out after all the efforts, at least there would be no regrets on his part.
