- health insurance must be purchased from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- 18 years old and above unless accompanied by a legal guardian
- round-trip flight ticket
- travel itinerary
- proof of employment
- financial solvency / bank statement
- visa fee (SAR 300)
- insurance fee (SAR 140)
