The unexpected incident caught the attention of many people in the area. As the bills scattered across the road and nearby surroundings, traffic in the area became congested as motorists and pedestrians reacted to the situation.

Several individuals with good intentions immediately tried to help recover the lost money. With the assistance of Traffic Investigator Police Corporal Romeo Fuego and PIO Staff Roland Doromal, some of the cash that had been carried away was gathered and returned to the owner.

Thanks to the honesty and kindness of several passersby, a total of p22,000 was recovered and handed back to Yutig. However, a large portion of the money remains missing, leaving her worried and saddened by the loss.

Authorities said that the remaining cash has not yet been recovered. Because of this, the woman is appealing to anyone who may have found or picked up some of the money to return it through the Iloilo City Police Office.

Others also praised the individuals who helped recover part of the money and returned it to its rightful owner.

While accidents can happen unexpectedly, the situation also highlights the importance of honesty and community cooperation. Authorities continue to hope that those who may have found the missing bills will come forward and help return the remaining amount to the owner.
