Neri Miranda has this solution after she was criticized for her recent viral post
Celebrity entrepreneur Neri Miranda, also known as Wais na Misis, offered free seeds after she was bashed for her P1,000 weekly meal plan.
Neri is known for sharing tips and practical advice on her social media pages. From being an actress, she was able to transform herself into a successful businesswoman. Over the years, together with her husband Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda, their businesses continue to grow.
Neri is known for being “matipid” and she exerted effort to share in her now-deleted post a way of budgeting that could be useful to housewives.
However, this did not sit well with many netizens who said that her weekly meal plan which will cost P1,000 is unrealistic. Amid the bashing, her husband defended her. Chito said in a social media post on September 14 that his wife just wanted to help and it is known to her followers that she learned to plant fruits and vegetables.
This helped lessen their food expenses. Neri has been encouraging her fellow mothers to grow their own food. She explained this after the negative reactions she received.
Following the bashing that she received, the Wais na Misis shared a post telling her followers that she would give away seeds.
“Ang dami kong vegetable seeds! Sinong may gusto? Kahit walang bakuran, pwede magtanim sa paso. Dali, mamimigay ako ng mga seeds! Para mabawasan ang stress ng mga nagba-budget sa bahay,” Neri wrote.
She also said that she wants to give away their eggs from the farm but this could not be a good idea. The former actress also highlighted the importance of having an edible garden at home. She added that if there is no enough space at home, planting on pots can be done. “Maraming paraan sa mga taong madiskarte,” Neri Miranda stressed.
