- Korean Visa Application Form
- 1 piece of Passport size colored picture attached on the Visa Application Form
- Original Passport
- Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
- Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable)
- Invitation Letter from Korean Organization written in Korean
- Guarantee Letter from Korean Organization
- Photocopy of Korean Organization’s Business Permit
- Additional Documents
- Installation/maintenance of imported machines, production of shipbuilding and industrial facilities, and others : Service Contract Copy, Dispatch order or business trip order
- for other professions:
- Employment Contract Copy
- Recommendation from relevant Korean Government Office
