It is one of the initial steps aside from securing your admission or enrollment to a school in Korea.

The Korean Embassy actually has cited different requirements for Korean visa application depending on the purpose of visiting or staying in the country. It is one of the most beautiful nations where many tourist spots can be found.

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines posted this list of requirements for Korean Visa application for short-term employment in Korea:

  • Korean Visa Application Form
  • 1 piece of Passport size colored picture attached on the Visa Application Form
  • Original Passport
  • Photocopy of Passport Bio-page (page 2)
  • Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable)
  • Invitation Letter from Korean Organization written in Korean
  • Guarantee Letter from Korean Organization
  •  Photocopy of Korean Organization’s Business Permit
  • Additional Documents
    • Installation/maintenance of imported machines, production of shipbuilding and industrial facilities, and others : Service Contract Copy, Dispatch order or business trip order
    • for other professions:
      • Employment Contract Copy
      • Recommendation from relevant Korean Government Office

According to the Embassy, the short-term workers who have Visa Issuance Numbers must refer to the requirements for Korean Visa application for seasonal workers. There are different documents needed for other purposes of entering Korea such as the following:
