Alden Richards has his own businesses aside from his showbiz career
Pambansang Bae Alden Richards has learned to grow his money and not just depend on his talent fee from his showbiz engagements.
Alden is indeed one of the most sought-after leading men of his generation. With his looks and his talent, he was able to establish his name in the entertainment industry. Behind his successful showbiz career, Alden is also achieving a lot when it comes to his businesses.
The Kapuso star has several fast-food chain branches. He also co-owns Concha’s Garden Cafe. In a recent interview on talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz’s YouTube channel, the Asia’s Multimedia Star shared that he is planning a new branch in Metro Manila.
However, he and his business partners are still thinking about this because of what happened to their branch in Quezon City. They had to close it amid the pandemic.
On the other hand, they are planning to put up branches in the northern parts of the Philippines. It now has four branches. “Siguro ang naging strength talaga namin is, more than the ambience, people, staff, and crew, is really the food since pagkain ‘yung champion namin dito, doon tayo nag-concentrate,” the actor said about his restaurants.
He shared that he chose the food business because he loves to eat. Alden can cook for himself just by following a recipe but rarely from scratch.
The actor said that he wants Concha to have its own identity, away from his identity as Alden Richards. “‘Yung lasa ang magiging factor para matandaan siya ng tao, hindi dahil may Alden sa pangalan ng food,” the actor said.
Alden also has his own production company now called Myriad which co-produced the iconic Eraserhead reunion concert.
