ARJO ATAYDE – Actor-politician Arjo Atayde could not share much about his upcoming wedding, for now, but he is looking to it.
Celebrity couple Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde got engaged last July 2022, specifically, July 28, a date that holds great value in their relationship. This is the date Maine shared her viral “arjo cutie” post in 2013 and the date they met in 2018.
July 28 became the date of their engagement in 2022.
Arjo prepared a grand and romantic wedding proposal for Maine. It was supposed to happen earlier but some important matters happened. And now, nearly a year after their engagement, they are getting married.
In a recent interview, Arjo shared that he could not divulge any details apart from confirming that they are getting married this year. They want to keep the details personal.
For now, they are enjoying the process and he is enjoying the preparation process with his future wife. He shared based on a report from PEP, “I’m just looking forward to it. But for now po, hindi pa po namin puwede sabihin.”
And he affirmed that this time, there’s no “urungan:”.
When asked what made him say that Maine is the one, he expressed that everything about her is everything he wanted. There’s no slow motion, just his own fairy tale – sincere and came in an expected way and at an unexpected time. Actually, for him, it happened at the right time.
“We’re both emotionally ready, we’re both very happy, I guess, I can speak for her naman,” he said.
Maine and Arjo have been together for four years now.
