Just recently, Alden Richards became a victim of a fake quote. Based on the article in Balita, an art card featuring Alden, and former couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, had a quote allegedly said by the Kapuso actor.

The fake quote stated, “Kathryn gave her love and trust to you pati na ang future niya for how many years pero niloloko mo lang pala. This came from Facebook page Showbiz Balita.

This fake statement attributed to Alden received negative reactions from netizens who slammed Alden. On the other hand, some netizens defended the Kapuso actor. A netizen pointed out that Alden would never say this kind of thing.

The actor’s dad also slammed the fake quote. “‘Wag ganyan.

Meanwhile, Alden Richards is now being linked to Kathryn Bernardo. The actor joined the actress’s birthday celebrations and her housewarming party. Rumor has it that Kathryn’s family prefers Alden over Jericho Rosales as her suitor. When the Kapuso star was asked about the real score between him and his Hello, Love, Goodbye leading lady, he just said, “What you see is what you get.”
