ITS SHOWTIME – These are the Holy Week plans of the hosts of Kapamilya noontime show Its Showtime.

April 6 and 7 are listed among regular holidays, in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, respectively. And this holy week, we surely all have made plans on how to slow down and reflect on God’s pure and perfect love.

After the holy week, April 10 was also declared a regular holiday to commemorate Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor), and this long weekend allows people to make plans.

But for the Showtime family, they have other plans during this time.

Apart from going somewhere, they disclosed in a recent episode that what they are planning to do as well is to calm down on things that used to cause them rage.

Ryan Bang shared that he will calm down in the ways how he deals with his businesses. He will use this time to slow down and having a business partner also allowed him to do this.

Lassy, on the other hand, said, “Kalmahan natin ang pagsasa-sagot sa mga bashers.”

Other hosts agreed with what he said as such negativity will also just affect them and petty things like this are not worth their attention and time.

What Ion Perez would do, meanwhile, is to calm himself to prepare for his “panata” this year and Tyang Amy Perez will slow down with her worries. As a mother, she has a lot of things to worry about but this time, she will take her time and trust all these things to God.

For Vhong Navarro, he will slow down and be mindful of the foods he eats. He will try to have better choices.

“Kalma lang talaga. Literal na kalma na wala akong iisipin kundi magreflect lang,” says Kim Chiu.

Jhong Hilario, on the other hand, will calm himself down in terms of his purchases. Being a father now, he learned to prioritize what is needed and to save.

And lastly, Anne Curtis, said that she will now slow being a “praning mom”.

“Syempre, life is moving forward, we should give our children a little liberty to enjoy life as well,” she said.
