Alessandra de Rossi has this view when it comes to public breakups
Kapuso actress Alessandra de Rossi shared her thoughts on publicized breakup announcements.
Breakups in Philippine showbiz are somehow a big thing. Fans of loveteams or showbiz couples were invested in their love stories and relationships.
When celebrity couples break up, breakup announcements happen most of the time. Sometimes, a joint statement is released; at times, just one party announces the separation. There were instances in which the celebrities’ management would release the official breakup statement. However, some celebrities chose to be silent about their relationship or breakup.

In a recent interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Alessandra de Rossi was asked about publicized breakups. The actress admitted that she is dismayed by this.
Alessandra recalled the time when she stopped posting about her life on Instagram.
“Noong nauso na ‘yung Instagram, puwede ka naman mag-post ng anything na puwede maging controversial, e. Puwede mong gawin ‘yun as an artista, ipo-post ko ‘to, and then pag-uusapan ‘to. Hindi ko pala siya gusto,” she said.
The actress said that she did not like how people would talk about his life without knowing the context, and because of this, people started to create their versions of the story.
“So as soon as nakita ko ‘yung one million followers, nag-stop ako talaga, stop mag-pos ng whereabouts, ng anything,” the actress said. For her, there is no need for a publicized breakup announcement. She also said that this is just sad.

“Alam mo, sorry ha, no offense sa mga dumadaan ngayon sa breakups or whatever, pero ngayon lang ako naka-experience na you have to announce your breakup publicly and say na ‘We have decided to part ways,’ ganito ganiyan, and we were like ‘bakit tayo umabot dito?’ Ang lungkot,” she said.
With this, King of Talk Boy Abunda admired Alessandra’s sense of power in controlling herself not to post or share things about her life on social media.
Alessandra de Rossi also stressed that there is no need for her to prove anything to the public but to herself.
