GERALD ANDERSON – Celebs Gerald Anderson and Dennis Padilla allegedly avoided each other during the Summer MMFF 2023 Parade of Stars.

Summer Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 Parade of Stars kicked off on Sunday, April 2. This event was star-studded and the floats passed through Commonwealth Avenue to Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City.

This is the first-ever Summer MMFF which will follow the same set of activities as the annual MMFF during December every year.

And during this event, Julia Barretto‘s father and boyfriend, Dennis Padilla and Gerald Anderson, did not greet each other. According to rumors, they avoided each other.

Anderson is the lead star of Unravel: A Swiss Side Love Story while Padilla is a part of Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko: The Music of Rey Valera.

However, despite being in the same event, the two actors were not able to greet each other. According to a report from PEP, with how busy and jam-packed the event was, there was only a slim chance for them to meet each other.

A post from PEP stated that it seems like it wasn’t the right time for them to meet. The post said from Gorgy Rula: “Tiyak akong hindi iiwasan ni Dennis Padilla si Gerald Anderson. Pero okay na ring hindi sila nagtagpo doon, at baka magkaroon lang ng awkwardness sa isa’t isa.”

  5. Single Bells starring Aljur Abrenica, Angeline Quinto, and Alex Gonzaga
  6. Apag starring Coco Martin, Lito Lapid, Gladys Reyes, and Jaclyn Jose
  7. Kahit Maputi Na ang Buhok Ko starring RK Bagatsing and Meg Imperial
  8. Unravel: A Swiss Side Love Story starring Gerald Anderson and Kylie Padilla
