Ivana Alawi talked about her content creation in a recent vlog
Kapamilya actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi revealed the earnings she had from her “baha” videos and where she used the profit.
Aside from Ivana’s showbiz projects and some endorsement projects, she also earns from being a vlogger or content creator.
Just recently, Ivana shared videos featuring her distribution of relief goods to the victims of recent flooding. Many people praised the actress-vlogger for sharing her blessings with those who badly needed it.
However, Ivana Alawi also received criticism from netizens who accused her of doing this kind of content just for “clout” and to earn more. Some even stated that what she’s doing is “poverty p*rn.”
She was bashed for conducting the relief distribution in the middle of a flooded area. The actress-vlogger clarified that it was because the vehicle that carried the relief goods stopped in that area and people started lining up to avail of what she brought.
In a recent video that Ivana Alawi shared on her Facebook page, she revealed how much she earned from the three videos featuring her relief distribution.
Her flood-relief vlogs generated around P314,000 in revenue. Ivana also said that 100 percent of these video earnings will go back into purchasing groceries and emergency supplies for families affected by severe flooding.
The actress showed that she shopped for another round of relief goods to be given to people. In the vlog, she also revealed that aside from his earning from her vlogs, she is also investing in real-estate properties, which are also a source of where she gets the money to be used for her charitable endeavors.
Ivana Alawi stressed that she is not just the one helping people, but also those who watch her videos.
