Sunshine Dizon Announces The Death Of Her Father, Isagani Bengzon Dizon
SUNSHINE DIZON – Kapuso actress Sunshine Dizon is mourning the death of her father Isagani Bengzon Dizon.
Sunshine Dizon has lost her father, Bengzon Dizon, and is experiencing a grief many are all too familiar with. The actress shared the sad news with fans on social media yesterday, March 21, 2023.
The 39-year-old celebrity shared a throwback photo of her while giving his dad a tight back hug. It came with a caption, “I love you Papa. I never knew this kind of pain and longing. I will always be a Papa’s girl.”
Some of her fans and celebrity acquaintances, such as Angelika Dela Cruz, Carla Abellana, and Jackie Lou Blanco, expressed their sincere sympathies for Sunshine in the comments section.

In the mythical primetime mega series “Mga Lihim ni Urduja,” Sunshine Dizon plays the brave mother of Urduja’s descendants who also inherited her bravery, Iris Dayanghirang. The series stars Sanya Lopez as the warrior princess, Gabbi Garcia as a jeweler named Crystal, and Kylie Padilla as a policewoman.
Joining the star-studded cast are Michelle Dee, Gina Pareno, Vin Abrenica, Kristoffer Martin, Pancho Magno, and Ara San Agustin.
In a previous article, Sunshine spoke about her breakup with her husband, Timothy Tan, with whom she has 2 children. During her guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, she disclosed that their initial setup was they both stayed under the same roof but slept in different rooms.
