Kylie Padilla says she and Aljur Abrenica are on good terms
Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla shared what she would tell her kids about her love story with actor Aljur Abrenica.
After their breakup, Kylie and Aljur did not have an issue when it comes to their co-parenting setup. Even Aljur’s relationship with AJ Raval is not an issue with Kylie.
Previously, AJ revealed that she ang Kylie are okay. The latter even thanked the new girlfriend of her former partner for taking care of their kids.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Inquirer, Kylie was asked if what she would tell her kids about her love story with Aljur.
“Even now, I tell my kids that their dad and I are on good terms. That we loved each other and, more importantly, that we love them unconditionally. Sometimes, we go out with the kids so that nakikita nila na OK kami,” Kylie Padilla said.
The actress also said that when her kids are old enough, she would tell them that in life, there are things that does not work out but she would point out that it does not mean that there’s no way to repair the relationship even in the form of friendship.
“Ayoko rin silang i-shield sa reality ng buhay. Pwede rin namang magkaroon ng closure and magandang relationship in spite of all the bad things that happened,” the actress added.
When asked what is the biggest lesson she learned from her relationship with Aljur Abrenica, Kylie Padilla said that it is knowing if there is something wrong.
“Never be forced into doing something just to please other people. Trust in your intuition. If it feels wrong, it probably is,” she said.
