Sharon Cuneta Wishes To Collaborate W/ Jackie Lou Blanco Once More
SHARON CUNETA – Megastar Sharon Cuneta said she wants to work with actress Jackie Lou Blanco again.
Sharon Cuneta has been in the showbiz industry for 44 years as a hitmaker, host, and actress. She’s dubbed as local showbiz’s “Megastar.”
The 56-year-old A-list celebrity recently admitted on IG that she is considering retiring. She said that a long career in show business may be very exhausting.
Sharon Cuneta stated that she likes to spend her free time with her family. She also said that she doesn’t want to be tired at work and will just do the project when she has time.
“All I wish I could do is be with my family and take care of them. And do all those other things I always wish I could do but just couldn’t find the time for,” said Sharon.
Shawie has stated she is thinking about “semi-retiring” from the entertainment industry as early as 2019 and that she will most likely accept a few projects in order to put her family and well-being first.

On social media, Sharon Cuneta expressed her desire to collaborate with Jackie Lou Blanco once more. The veteran actress posted a throwback image of herself and Jackie Lou taken in 1982 on the set of their film “My Only Love” to Instagram.
“Praying that we work together again sooner than everyone expects!”, Sharon wrote in the caption of her post.
Aside from “My Only Love,” Sharon and Jackie Lou also worked together in the 1983 film “Friends In Love.”
In her previous Instagram post, Jackie Lou, who also posted the same throwback pic with Shawie, shared that doing “My Only Love” was memorable for her.
“It was so memorable because it was my first movie and it made it more special kasi dito kami naging close ni Sharon. I don’t remember what we were talking about here. Just both being giddy and having fun. Friends may not see each other for long but the memories and love always remain in their hearts. Miss you, Mama,” Jackie Lou penned on IG in February last year.
