Melanie Marquez, Miss International 1979, and businessman Frederick Dee are the parents of Michelle Dee. She is a beauty queen, model, and actor. Michelle had previously been named Miss World Philippines 2019.
Celeste Cortesi, who won Miss Universe Philippines 2022, beat Michelle to the title of Miss Universe Philippines Tourism last year. Michelle declared in February of last year that she would continue her pageant journey.
Michelle Dee declared that she would fight to the very end for the MUPH 2023 title. She claimed that she didn’t want to spend her life feeling guilty for not doing everything she could have done.
The 27-year-old celebrity gets candid during her “personality interview” for the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 competition.

Michelle Dee was questioned about what people typically misinterpret about her in an exclusive video that Empire Philippines released to its YouTube account.
“Oh, I love that!” the Sparkle actress and beauty queen continued, “I love that because, the common misconception is that I’m so mataray.”
“Or that I’m intimidating, But I don’t know if that’s because of my features or because of my height. But, I’m really such a softie on the inside. Like, I love caring about other people. I love taking care of people as well.”
The Kapuso star added, “I’m like the ate of everyone, which I’m proud of and I really wish that people will see that about me.”
