The winner of Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 is Lars Pacheco and here are the other winners.
MISS INTERNATIONAL QUEEN PHILIPPINES 2023 – Lars Pacheco wins the pageant and here are the other names of the winners.
The Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 grand coronation night was held at the Aliw Theater on March 11. This pageant was graced by 24 ladies vying for the prestigious crown and title.
But out of these numerous aspirants, only one stood out.
Lars Pacheco won the title and this is her second time joining the pageant. The first time she joined, she only had a Top 10 finish.
The final result is:

1st Runner-Up: Michelle Bermudez
2nd Runner-Up: Barbie Alawi
3rd Runner-Up: Anne Patricia Lorenzo
4th Runner-Up: Tamira Ivonne Willis
Lars will be the one to represent the country in the international scheme of the pageant which will be held in Thailand.
To recall, Michelle represented the country in Miss Trans Star International 2023 while Barbie in the pageant Miss Mardi Gras International Queen 2023.
In a report from PEP, Lars shared that how she prepared this year for the pageant is just the same as how she prepared last year. Just this year, she gave more focus on her mental health.
She admitted that last year was a bit hard as she had let herself be affected by what the people have said against her.
The pageant winner said, “Pero this time kasi, though nagbabasa pa rin ako, hindi ko na siya dinidibdib ngayon. Yun ang nakapag-distract sa akin last year. Ngayon, na-adapt ko na siya. Normal na lang na nandiyan lang sila.”
