Social media personality and beauty pageant finalist Lars Pacheco is the second runner-up of Its Showtime‘s Miss Q & A segment. and just recently, she shared that she will be having an SRS – a reassignment surgery.

She documented everything she went through. It was her “breakthrough rebirth moment” and the surgery was done at the Kamol Cosmetic Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. This is the only institution in the world that does the specific kind of surgery for trans people who would want a reassignment.

She particularly received the SRS penile peritoneal vaginoplasty procedure. And last August 19, on Facebook live, the content creator became honest about the total cost of it all. She addressed the questions as this has been the most-asked question on her social media page.

She admitted that it was really expensive, especially the specific procedure done on her. Lars chose the SRS-PVP because she wanted her first surgery to be grand and great as a way of her treating herself. She noted that this kind of experience happens just once in a lifetime.

Accordingly, hers is self-lubricating and doesn’t smell that has a depth of 15 centimeters or six inches.

She added that the first invoice regarding the cost from her hospital reached 577,500 Thai baht or almost Php 900,911.40. They stayed at the K Garden Hotel and the total grand cost was 622,700 Thai baht or Php 971,000.00 based on her post.

And for her, it was all worth it. She did not mind spending almost a million for her reassignment, especially now that she sees the effects. The swelling slowly subsides and recalling what she went through to save up for this, she believes it was all worth it.
