Ruffa Gutierrez was asked about her show on ALLTV
Actress-host Ruffa Gutierrez confirmed that her show Moms on a Mission on ALLTV with Ciara Sotto and Mariel Padilla will pause for a while.
The said show of Ruffa started airing last year. Just recently, reports surfaced that Advanced Media Broadcasting (AMBS), Manny Villar’s company that is behind ALLTV, decided to temporarily stop its shows.
With this, different speculations surfaced. It was alleged that ALLTV shows are not earning and so they will be discontinued. However, Ruffa believes that they will return on air.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, the actress-host shared that the management of ALLTV talked to them about this. “They spoke to us and I believe it’s not a goodbye. I think it’s a see you later,” Ruffa Gutierrez said.
She also shared that they were told that the pause will happen for a couple of months to fix ALlTV’s signal. “So I think it’s internal. Para sa akin, that’s normal. That’s expected if you’re launching a new business, a brand. What more a station?” she added.
The actress-host also said that it is inevitable to feel pain and not right away success will be there. She stressed that she is not in a position to speak about this because she is not the owner of the TV network. Ruffa believes that ALLTV will release a statement about this.
However, based on the report, AMBS will not release a statement about this matter as the TV network believes that there is nothing to explain to the public as there is no issue.
Meanwhile, Ruffa expressed gratitude to the Villars because even though their show was paused, they are still being compensated. They will still receive half of their salaries even if the show is not airing.
