The SIM Card Registration in the Philippines started on December 27, 2022. Telecommunication providers including DITO have started releasing guides to their subscribers on how to register their SIM cards.

What are the information needed in registering your DITO SIM Card?

• Birth Date
• Gender
• Present / Official Address
• government-issued ID

Which IDs are accepted in registering your SIM Card?

• Passport
• Philippine Identification System ID
• Police clearance
• Driver’s License
• Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID
• Government Service Insurance System e-Card
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Senior Citizen’s card
• Professional Regulation Commission ID
• Voter’s ID
• Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
• Person with Disabilities card
• National Bureau of Investigation clearance
• Bureau of Internal Revenue ID

How To Register or DITO SIM Card Registration Process:

According to DITO, the registration will start by December 27, 2022 and existing subscribers of the telco provider can register “by clicking the SIM registration banner in the DITO APP”. The subscribers are advised to take a photo or screenshot of the successful registration page for referrence.

With regards to new subscribers, you can register your DITO SIM via the link that will be sent to you after inserting your newly-bought SIM card.
