Video of Traffic Enforcer Scolding Motorist for Reporting “Bombay” w/ No Helmet Goes Viral
A traffic enforcer has scolded a Filipino motorist for reporting a “Bombay” with no crash helmet “Alamin mo muna batas bago ka magturo”.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is an agency of the Republic of the Philippines implementing the planning, monitoring and coordinative functions along the road concerning purely local matters.
The agency covers the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Caloocan, Pasay, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasig, Marikina, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Malabon, Taguig, Navotas and San Juan and the municipality of Pateros.
The Facebook page “BOYB TV” has shared the video footage of a traffic enforcer scolding him for reporting a “Bombay” who is not wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the moto vlogger is following a Bombay who wears a “mohon” but failed to secure a crash helmet. The rider stopped at a road intersection and tried to inform the MMDA enforcer.
Unfortunately, the MMDA personnel even scolded the vlogger for his actions and advised him to read the traffic rules and regulations on Google.
“Alamin mo muna batas bago ka magturo, kahit walang helmet yan alamin mo yung batas, natuto ka magmaneho hindo moa lam yung batas, turo kappa ng turo hindi pwedeng hulihin yan huh intindi mo huh basta naka mohon huh,” the enforcer said.
After the incident, the disappointed rider leaves the area in confusion.
