Bongbong Marcos shared a birthday post for Sara Duterte
President-elect Bongbong Marcos called Vice President-elect Sara Duterte his “BFF” in her post for her birthday.
The outgoing Davao City Mayor is celebrating her 44th birthday on May 31. She received a birthday greeting from her running mate. The tandem of Inday Sara with BBM is successful as they both won in the 2022 elections.
In a post on Marcos’s social media accounts, he greeted the daughter of outgoing President Rodrigo Duterte. “Happy Birthday Mme Vice President! Cheers to the best running mate and BFF anyone could wish for!” President-elect Bongbong Marcos said. This post included a collage photo of VP-elect Sara Duterte.
Based on the article in Inquirer, several friends and allies of Inday Sara greeted her as well such as House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco who said that the VP-elect is a “great role model and inspiration to all Filipinos.” It is truly an honor and privilege to be your friend and ally,” the congressman added.
Through a TikTok video, Atty. Larry Gadon, one of the senatorial candidates of the Uniteam, greeted the VP-elect with the birthday song while he was playing the guitar.
The winning tandem of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte was proclaimed on May 26. BBM got over 31 million votes while Inday Sara’s has reached over 32 million.
With these numbers, Henyo Master Joey de Leon shared his witty reaction. He said in his Instagram post that BBM is the president because he followed President Rodrigo Duterte who is nicknamed DU30, as he got 31 million votes. Joey said that after Bongbong Marcos, the next president will be the one who got “DU30 TOO”.
